Our offices

Come and sit across the desk from us.

Everything can be done over a call, and most of it is. But if you'd rather bring your transcripts in a folder and talk it through in person, three offices are open six days a week.

Your first visit

What a visit looks like.

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking means your counsellor has read your details before you arrive.

Book a time

Choose "In office" when you book, and pick the office and slot that suit you.

Meet your counsellor

A private conversation about your grades, budget and plans. Parents are welcome.

Leave with a next step

A realistic direction, what to prepare, and who to contact. No pressure to sign anything.

What to bring

Useful, not required.

None of this is needed to visit. If you have these to hand, your counsellor can be specific from the start.

Transcripts and certificates
English test result, if any
A rough budget for the year
Any previous refusal letters
